Shipping Policy
​
We offer free standard ground shipping for all continental US orders. Orders typically are processed within 1-2 business days; processing times may vary during holidays or promotional periods. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed as delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. You will be contacted immediately should there be a delay in your order.

* Free standard ground shipping is not yet available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.
           
Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return. If you’re not happy with your order, we want to make it right. You must contact us via email at support@simlyte.com with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number within 30 days of receipt. After receiving a Return Authorization (RA), you will have 30 days to return the item back to us.

We do not accept returns on used or customized orders. Returns attempted on non-refundable items will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Merchandise may be returned for a full refund of your purchase price, minus our cost of shipping to and from the customer. Items purchased originally with free shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.

Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition, and you must contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) within 30 days of receipt. After receiving a Return Authorization (RA), you will have 30 days to return the items back to us.The item must be brand new and unused, including the original manufacturer packaging (unopened) and paperwork. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund minus the cost of the return shipping label and original shipping. Returning an item with damaged or missing packaging will NOT receive a full refund, a partial refund may be eligible depending on damage or missing parts and packaging.

When you choose one of our SIMLYTE products, you're not just purchasing a product; you're investing in quality craftsmanship and reliability. If, by any chance, you encounter a defect in material or workmanship that falls outside the realm of normal wear and tear, we've got you covered for the first 3 years of use. On occasion, our products may be subject to minor imperfections in its appearance. These do not affect the rigidity or performance of our products.

Our SIMLYTE products are designed to withstand the rigors of regular use. However, if you experience any issues that are not typical wear and tear from regular use, simply reach out to us via email at support@simlyte.com. We'll swiftly address the problem, whether it's repairing or replacing the defective part, all at no extra cost to you in the first 3 years.
