Can I ship to anywhere in the world?

Currently, we only offer free shipping within the continental US. We are actively looking for shipping solutions for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, and Europe.

Will I get tracking for my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number. If you haven’t received one after shipping confirmation, contact our support team via email or chatbot.

How long will it take to get my order?

In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. During holidays or high order volumes, processing may take longer. You’ll receive an email with lead time updates after placing your order.

I want to cancel/change my order.

If your order hasn’t shipped, we can cancel it for a full refund or make changes, like adding items. Contact us at support@simlyte.com as soon as possible for assistance.

My order has been delivered, but I am missing items from my order. What can I do to remedy this?

If something is missing from your order, check all boxes and inner packaging. Still can’t find it? Email us at support@simlyte.com, and we’ll resolve it right away.

I got the products that I ordered, but some are damaged.

Minor imperfections from manufacturing may occur in some instances, but they won’t impact performance. However, if your product arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days at support@simlyte.com with photos of the packaging and product, and we’ll make it right.

How much weight can the SIMLYTE™ ProV1 support?

The SIMLYTE™ ProV1 is built tough, supporting up to 350 lbs (159 kg). Our proprietary anti-flex alloy, used in aerospace and automotive industries, has been specially made to exhibit superior strength and durability without unnecessary weight.

What seats are compatible with the SIMLYTE™ ProV1?

The ProV1 works with most seats, including bucket and recliner styles. Our cockpit arrives pre-assembled with cross-section extrusions set to the standard width to suite most seats but can be easily adjusted to fit your specific needs.
