SIMLYTE™ at CES 2025: Redefining Sim Racing with Lightweight Innovation

Updated: Jan 28

We're gearing up for something exciting in the new year - and no, it’s not the new Assetto Corsa Evo (though we’re keeping an eye on that too). SIMLYTE™ is headed to CES 2025, where we’ll showcase our high-performance, lightweight sim racing cockpit, the ProV1, and a few new products coming soon in 2025. (Hint: think haptics.)

When we started SIMLYTE™, our mission was simple: make sim racing more enjoyable and accessible. It began with a realization—traditional cockpits were heavy, cumbersome, and usually took hours to put together. We saw a chance to change that and decided to reimagine the sim racing experience from the ground up.

The result? The SIMLYTE™ ProV1. Built with our proprietary lightweight alloy, it’s not just lighter—it’s stronger, more rigid, and tested in aerospace and automotive applications. At under 75 pounds (frame only) and arriving almost fully assembled, the ProV1 lets you go from unboxing to racing in no time—no backbreaking setups, no overcomplicated instructions. And best of all, it delivers the rock-solid performance sim racers need.

What to expect at our booth

We’re bringing the ProV1 front and center, fully equipped with Asetek’s Forte® Direct Drive Wheelbase (18Nm) and Forte® S-Series Brake & Throttle, highlighting the wide-range compatibility of our wheelbase and inverted pedal mounts. You’ll get an up-close look at our innovative foldable design and experience the strength and rigidity of our unique alloy.

And for those who want to dive deeper, our engineers will be on hand to share insights into the design and development process, including how we’ve used advanced materials to rethink sim racing cockpits and what’s next in our product pipeline.
